At Melo Professional Services, we are committed to protecting your personal information. We collect data solely for the purpose of providing notary and administrative services as required by law. This includes information obtained from government-issued identification for the maintenance of our notary journals. We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your information to outside parties for marketing purposes. All client records are handled with the highest degree of confidentiality and stored securely in accordance with Rhode Island state regulations.

Terms & Conditions
By engaging Melo Professional Services, you agree to the following terms:
1. Not a Law Firm: Melo Professional Services is not a law firm and we do not provide legal advice or representation.
2. Identification: All signers must provide original, valid, government-issued photo identification at the time of the appointment.
3. Fees: Mobile travel fees are separate from notary stamp fees and are non-refundable once the notary has traveled to your location. Cancellation fees may apply for appointments cancelled with less than 2 hours' notice.
4. Payment: Full payment is due at the time of service unless prior arrangements have been made for business invoicing.
5. Right to Refuse: In compliance with state law, we reserve the right to refuse service if document authenticity is in question or if a signer does not appear to be acting of their own free will.
